Precinct Committeemen (PCs) are the CORE of the Republican Party. They are the link between the public and our government. They are elected by the people in their precinct and they represent them in their Legislative District (LD), at the County level, and at the state level (if they are delegates at the Convention).
PCs are responsible for organizing the campaign effort within their precinct. Their role is to build and strengthen the Republican Party from the grassroots up, assist in the election of Republican candidates, and promote the Republican platform. They are the Republican Party’s direct link with the voters in their neighborhood. PCs set the stage for the success of the Republican Party election process.
